9/4/07 - You rocked @ the picnic. I cannot thank you enough for how much attention you paid to my girls and especially the 2 year old, Qwenlyn, she "LOVES" Elvis and has her own CD collection of him and a few collectors items, she listens to him every day and she thought you were him! You did a great job and made her day and then some! She sat out in the crowd and sang, yup she knows the words to most songs! And she danced and hollered "I Love U Elvis"!! It meant so much to her when you gave her the scarf and hugged her and held her! Again, Thank You so much! Most guys wouldn't bother with a little girl like you did, it meant so much to us, and we know it came from your heart and that you truly do the things you do out of love, and because you are truly a great person! Thanks, April (Hart) Crittenden (Arkansas)

8/5/07 - This thank you note long overdue. You performed for my mothers 80th birthday at Ryan's restaurant in Poplar Bluff back in May. I thought you did a wonderful job after viewing our video of the event; I was even more impressed. The noise, lack of space and attention by many didnt stop you from giving my mom a memory she'll never forget. She's already asked for you on her 81st birthday next year; so we'll see what we can work out when it gets closer (hopefully a nicer environment!) Again, thanks for stepping in at the last moment and making her birthday very special. God bless you and your sweet wife. Deb Gillhan ( Springfield, Mo.)

6/26/07 - Hi Michael. You are Great! I saw you at Debra Ray's party at Benton. I had the best time. I haven't been to very many parties lately. Most of them have alcohol at them & I don't go for that so I find other things to fill my time. I'll be coming to see you with my friend Judy at Leachville, Ar. I'm bringing my mom along. She saw Elvis in1954. We have always loved him. See you in August. Your fan, Kathie McGee (Benton, Mo.)

4/5/07 - Ladies and Gentlemen, Mike Smith ia a very good friend of mine and an "AWESOME" Elvis Tribute Artist,..I can personally attest that he's a "CLASS ACT" and does Elvis an honor. He feels the same way I do that Elvis' heart has got to stay in the show because the man deserves so much... If you hire him for your event I can personally guarentee you have hired one of the "BEST"... Take care of my friend and keep rockin'.. Bryan Doyle, (Clarksville, TN) (Fellow ETA.... and more so a FRIEND)

3/9/2006 - Hi Mike, I want to say "Thank You" for a wonderful show for the Kenny Rogers CP Telethon you and Darrell Ray did on March 6th in Sikeston. It's people like you and Darrell that keep Elvis alive . I have been listening to Elvis music as long as I can remember, my mom and dad listened to his music a lot so I got to listen to it to, and I loved it very much and still do. Elvis seemed to have put his "all" in his music and I could see that in you. I loved how you do the early years and work your way up to the movies and beyond. I saw where the benefit was for Joanna & friends. Well Joanna's mom is my cousin and my grandson Alex (1) goes to the CP center and I hope you will get to meet him when you come to the telethon in Sikeston. God bless you and your wife in all that you do. Keep up the good work.- Charlotte Clayton (Sikeston, Mo.)

2/28/06 -Thanks Mike, Everyone had a great time Monday. Even the office staff came out and joined in. Some of the touching moments I had to step back and wipe tears but they were happy tears for the residents. I have only been at Monette Manor since January but I have come to love these residents. I sure try to make a difference in their lives. It makes my day and job well worth it to see them smile and you did just that. We will welcome you any time you want to come back. The residents asked me if you were coming back and I told them you said you would. We all loved you but mostly the residents loved you. Thanks so ever much! - Brenda Laffoon - Activity Director - (Monette Manor, Monette, Ar.)
